At Farrington Gurney C of E Primary School we have carefully created a curriculum for our pupils that leads them to be ACE learners - agile, compassionate and engaged.

Alongside our carefully planned curriculum, we use a range of assessment information to guide teaching and check on children's knowledge. This is done both within lessons as formative assessment, and through summative testing each term.

We have mapped out a broad, balanced and ambitious curriculum rooted in the National Curriculum and Early Years Curriculum that enables children to develop their knowledge, skills and understanding over a series of lessons.
